Resurrection – The Ultimate Power in the Universe is Resurrection Power! Harness this power with our Top of the Line Custom Gaming Computers! These are luxury machines priced between $2,001.00 to $5,000.00.

Cross Bones Gaming offers free shipping on all of its products, to the lower 48 continental US states, using our preferred method of shipping. Our preferred method of shipping is determined at the time of shipping based on product specifications. The majority of our products ship FedEx ground and your tracking number will be emailed to you directly upon shipping. If one of our customers would like a different method of shipping the customer will be charged for 100% of the shipping. For example if product will arrive in 5-7 days by ground shipping and customer requires 2 day air, the customer will be charged for the entire cost of 2 day air shipping.

B. Detail

i. Cross Bones does not offer any express warranties. However, many of the components in your Cross Bones System are covered by Manufacturers’ warranties; it will be stated on that products web page. Manufacturers’ warranty details are typically available at the manufacturer’s website.

ii. In your Cross Bones packet you will find all the warranty information for the components in your new Cross Bones computer.

iii. All Components must be returned directly to the product manufacturer for repair or replacement, unless otherwise required by law. For these items the warranty policy provided by the product manufacturer explicitly requires that any returns, repairs etc. be requested and processed directly by the consumer (or “end-user”) of the item.

2. Standard Return Policy

B. Detail

i. This is our detailed Standard Return Policy. Unless another return policy is indicated, products sold by Cross Bones are covered by this Standard Return Policy. Merchandise under this Standard Return Policy may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. No Returns will be accepted with out a valid RMA Number. All items returned for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

ii. Many component manufactures offer additional factory coverage. With regard to such you should contact the manufacture of the component directly for information regarding eligibility and specific terms and conditions.

iii. Cross Bones Merchandise may only be returned when:

i. Product is Damaged from Shipping

ii. Dead on Arrival (DOA) or otherwise not working

iii. Product fails within first 30 days of purchase to perform a reasonable* desired function

* Cross Bones reserves the right to determine which functions are reasonable based on the intended use of the product.

Returns will not be authorized for consumer misuse of the product including over-clocking, OS changes or tweaks, or modifications of any kind made to the product. Return at anytime is void if product case is opened or damage during the first 30 days.
